GVBL Summer Basketball 2026 for Gr. 1-8

The GVBL Summer League is now open to boys/girls that will be entering grades 1-8 in September 2026.

There is no Great Valley residency requirement for players in grades 1-8 for the GVBL Summer League.

Divisions are single-sex and based the player's grade as of Fall 2026
Divisions: Grades 1 and 2; Grades 3 and 4; Grades 5 and 6; Grades 7 and 8
The summer league will run from June 15, 2026 through August 13, 2026.
Each team will play one or two games per week. There will be no practices.
All games are held Monday-Thursday evenings. Games last one hour and typically start between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. If possible, we try to avoid scheduling our youngest players later in the evening.
All players receive a team jersey.
Grades 3 and above will participate in a single elimination playoff at the end of the season.
Games will be refereed by current and former Great Valley High School players.

We need volunteers to coach.

All refunds for GVCO programming are subject to a $25 administrative refund fee.

June 1, 2026 is the last day to request a refund for Summer Basketball. After this date, no refunds will be returned to the registrant. If a request is made prior to June 1st, a credit, minus a $25.00 processing fee, will be issued to the credit card used for the registration. To request a refund, email [email protected].

Important Dates

Early registration discount expires on May 22, 2026. After this date the registration fees will increase by $25.00 per player.
