Cheer-Fitness Clinics
The cheer-fitness clinics are fun and high-energy workout sessions to help cheerleaders increase their endurance through the sweat section and will focus on strengthening the muscles in the body used for stunting and jumps in the strength section. These will be an hour long workout session. Half of each session is a workout class format and the other half is learning choreography to music that includes exercises and dances. This is all with the added fun of working out with pom poms!! Poms are included in the registration fee.
We will separate the athletes into two different groups based on the intensity level for each group (mostly based on age). Both groups will be at the same location and same time.
