Registration is now open for the GVCO Cheer Camp for girls that will be entering grades K-6 in September 2026.

At Cheer Camp, the girls will spend a fun-filled week cheering and dancing! We will have three days of exciting cheerleading activities. Our camp instructors will teach motions, dances, jumps, flexibility, and more. The cheerleaders will also learn a routine incorporating the skills they have learned into a final performance on Wednesday starting at 2:30PM for parents and friends. No prior cheerleading experience is required as we will focus on the FUN of learning new cheer skills.

Cheer Camp will be held June 29 - July 1, 2026 from 10AM- 3PM

Arrival time is 9:30AM-10AM

GVBL Boys Uptown Academy Next Level Basketball Camp

The GVBL Boys Uptown Academy Next Level Basketball Camp is a summer basketball boot camp to prepare players for AAU Basketball.  

The camp is open to more experienced/skilled players entering Grades 6 through 8 in Fall 2026 as it is more intense and competitive. It is hosted by Shawn Werdt, Uptown AAU Club Director.

You have been playing in a league and now it's time to take your game to another level. Coach Werdt and his staff will refine your shooting, defense, ball handling, court awareness and passing to make you a better and more complete player.

Sessions will be interactive and developmentally appropriate to help your young basketball player grow his game!
