The Summer cheer conditioning clinics will be for athletes who are interested in training and enhancing their strength in anticipation of the fall sports season. These clinics are not inclusive of only cheerleaders, but for all boys and girls who want to get back outside and work out with other athletes. There will be a focus on exercises and drills for strengthening muscles used for cheer as well as other athletics.
