One practice during the week will consist of a "clinic" format, in which the girls rotate through various stations to learn and improve upon fundamental skills, such as cradling, ground balls, passing, catching, shooting, and defense. The second practice will focus on team play and consist of scrimmages. Games will mostly be played on Saturdays and will be played against other townships within the PAGLA league.

Equipment

The following must be brought to EVERY practice:

  • Mouth guard
  • Girls lacrosse goggles
  • Girls lacrosse stick

Any player who comes to practice or a game without a mouth guard and eye gear will not be permitted to play.  his is a safety rule and there are no exceptions. Please remember that all jewelry, including earrings, must be removed prior to all practices and games.
