Fall 2024 Football

for Tackle Football Grades 5 for Fall 2024. 3 spots left. Registration for grade 6 has closed.

The Great Valley Junior Patriots is an instructional youth football program for kids within the Great Valley School District and surrounding communities. The purpose of the program is to create a fun experience for kids, playing and learning the game of football while competing with their peers in surrounding programs. We pride ourselves on creating a strong sense of community among our volunteers, parents and athletes and look forward to the 2024 season!

The Junior Patriots will provide all tackle players a helmet, chin strap, shoulder pads, and practice jersey for use during the season. These items must be returned at the close of the season. This year, registration costs also include a required personalized game-day jersey and game-day pants - includes padding. Players will own/keep these items at the end of the season and can reuse for future seasons, if they choose. Equipment hand-out and uniform sizing dates will be communicated by your head coach.

Pre-Season Information

• Heat Acclimation: August 5th - 8th (Mon-Thurs)
• Practice Starts: August 12th (Mon-Thurs
• Practice schedule shifts once school starts; always Tues and Thurs.
• Coaches will communicate Monday practice times and potential walk through dates.

Season Schedule

• Summer Brawl- 8/24 and/or 8/25. Confirmed locations and dates are as follows:
  2nd/3rd – Coventry (8/25), 4th/5th – Spring-Ford (8/24), 6th – Pottsgrove (8/25) (move to Sunday)
• Week 1 Start- Sept 7th & 8th
• Week 8 Last Reg season- Oct 26th & 27th
• Week 9 (everyone)/Playoffs- Nov 2nd & 3rd
• Championship Nov 10th Spring-Ford HS Stadium
• Cheer off and All Star Game 11/16 Upper Perk (break-down for day schedule).
