Spring CheerFitness & Choreography

The cheer-fitness clinics are fun and high-energy workout sessions to help cheerleaders increase their endurance through the sweat section and will focus on strengthening the muscles in the body used for stunting and jumps in the strength section. These will be an hour long workout session. Each session will include a workout class format, learning choreography to music that includes exercises and dances and understanding how to strengthen the muscles used for stunting. This is all with the added fun of working out with pom poms!! Poms are included in the registration fee.

Sessions will be held at GVCO, 51 N. Bacton Hill Rd., Malvern from 6:30-7:30PM on Tuesdays. Dates are April 2nd until May 21st. Register now!.

We will separate the athletes into two different groups based on the intensity level for each group (mostly based on age). Both will be held at the same time and location.
