GVCO Sustainability Report

The main question we get when discussing the new GVCO Community Center...
Will it be successful if we build it?

To help answer that question, GVCO has developed the attached sustainability plan, where we purposely used conservative estimates for both the revenue and expense analyses.

For example, our conservative revenue estimates kept programming revenue the same over the entire 5 years, by maintaining a low cost per square foot price relative to comparable space in the area, despite our aggressive business plans to introduce new revenue generating programming to fill the additional space. On the expense estimates, we used a conservative mortgage calculator, although we anticipate lower interest rate relief as a non-profit that will generate significant cost savings.

We have included several ways for you to review the information.

2. View the high level executive summary (.pdf)
3. View the Revenue Analysis and the Expense Analysis Documents

We hope this addresses your questions.
