On September 15th, GVCO announced the opening of a brand new community center located at 57B Lancaster Ave, Malvern in the Haly Oil Building. For the past year GVCO has been working to make this Community Center a reality. Through the generosity and hard work of the Haly family, along with GVCO, we have signed a lease on this beautiful 4000 square foot facility.

There is a 2000 square foot hall, full kitchen, café, meeting rooms, office space and two beautiful handicapped bathroom facilities. Hours of operation are scheduled to be from 8:00am until 9:00pm (with hours to be adjusted by specific events that may be planned).

Many organizations, groups, businesses and individuals are constantly in need for space to hold various types of functions. Because of this severe lack of indoor space in the area, GVCO has been committed to providing the community with an alternative. In addition, GVCO has been further committed to bringing additional programs to the district to meet the needs of the area. There will be programs for the elementary and secondary age youth, as well as adult and senior programming.

GVCO is in the evolutionary stages with our GVCO Community Center. Many programs have been started already but we are always interested in new ways to serve the community.
